Interlude Coffee (by Little Pisces)

I was surprised to come into interlude with blasting cold air conditioning. Despite the coldness, it would be perfect for a hot summer’s day. The store was semi-busy when we arrived at 10:30am on a Sunday morning. Parking was easy if you come before the lunchtime rush. They also have cute Smikis for sale if you’re looking for any. We ordered the Iced Pandan Coconut Latte and the Hojicha Latte. Iced Pandan Coconut Latte The effort of this carefully crafted drink was diligently made. The four layers of this latte drink was very pretty to look at. It started with oat milk, Ex animo espresso, pandan infused syrup, mixed with coconut cream foam and topped with toasted shreds of coconut. Drinking through the layers, the pandan flavour was very subtle that I wished it tasted stronger. Although I know that pandan is a delicate flavour which can be easily overtaken by more powerful flavours. When I mixed the drink, the coconut cream had a bold kick with the espresso. The two flavours worked really well together. My friend also had an Iced Hojicha Latte which had a pleasant nutty taste and sweetness similarly to the inside of a tang yuan. It was perfectly balanced with the oat milk. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the drinks came out quickly. I’d highly recommend this place if you like handcrafted matcha and coffee lattes.

I’ve gone to this popup twice now and tried their feature drinks each time. The tiramisu latte was good, but the banana biscoff matcha is that girlll. Guy in the white sweater was friendly and drinks came out quickly. Will be back to get that matcha again!!

Each time drinks here are consistently flavourful and don’t overpower the base of the drink. The best place for fun coffees or fun matcha, they take care to ensure interesting components work well with each other. Have tried the black sesame latte and banana matcha would recommend both! Good customer service.

I’ve come here twice in the last 2 weeks! as a new matcha girlie, i’ve seen so many places do too much milk and not enough matcha. This place does an amazing job. They use paragon tea so the quality is amazing. The two guys who run this pop up are super kind and friendly—they even remembered me the second time i came in! The second time i went, there was just a smidge too much milk. Will be coming back as much as possible! Delish

Been going here occasionally since their pop-up days and have been impressed with the quality of their drinks! The Spanish latte (hot or iced) is consistently amazing. I’ve tried a couple of their special offerings (tiramisu and black sesame lattes) which were good but bit too sweet for me. The service is super friendly and chill!

could you please do pop-offs during weekdays too? banana biscoff matcha is crafted and made very well. pastries are really good. if you order both is a good combo into your soul, is like therapy, you become happy after you eat it. i havent try their coffee but i'm looking forward.

I’ve come back every month to try the features and I must say they have been bangers each time. This months Banana Biscoff Matcha was incredible, banana is usually a strong, over powering flavour but in this case it was so well balanced. The real star imo is the iced coconut pandan latte, holy f#%*k was that incredible. I appreciate that with these special drinks you can always taste the espresso in addition to the other flavours. Pastries are also chefs kiss, the chocolate chip cookie and cruffin are simply majestic. The owners are always there and are so friendly, they also give out buzzers when it’s busy so there’s not a constant shouting of order numbers or names. Sad to see this pop-up close at the end of the month but cannot wait to see where they’ll pop-up next!!
